Company Safety Awards
Every year Climate has a special safety celebration to recognize those employees that have gone injury free. All employees are treated to a lunch and then afterward, they attend various safety training programs. Awards are given out at the celebration and are based on the following criteria:
Injury free for 8500 hours or 5 years
Injury free for 17,000 hours or 10 years
Injury free for 15 years
