Climate completed construction on the new Genesis seven-story tower in 2017. The Tower has three floors of patient care, one floor of 12 OR rooms, two floors of procedure and therapy rooms, and one floor for a mechanical room that houses the mechanical equipment. The Tower was drawn and coordinated using our Building Information Modeling program and allowed us to use our Trimble laser to spot hangers and concrete inserts.

Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust is a proud community partner. CRBT is our banker and we are their contractor for the construction of their main office along with the building preventative maintenance. This building is managed by our AutoMatrix controls system.
The Paramount Theatre is one of three major entertainment venues in downtown Cedar Rapids that was impacted by the 2008 flood. Climate Engineers provided state-of-the-art ventilation systems to all three of these locations without impact to their historic design.
