The new Davenport Kraft plant was built in 2017 to replace an aging facility located by the Mississippi River. Climate installed the HVAC system including ductwork, rooftop units, make-up air units and exhaust fans. Much of the ductwork had to be coordinated to be above the USA insulated ceiling and had to be fabricated from stainless steel. We also had to utilize a helicopter to set over 70 pieces of roof-mounted equipment.
Climate has been a partner with Isle of Capri during construction of their two hotels, restaurant and casino. The Isle of Capri Casino was built as a land-based replacement for the river boat casino in 2016. It was designed to fit in between the two current hotels and their convention center and restaurant. As with all casinos, the schedule was aggressive and Climate led the way in completing the project on time.
