Climate has been a partner with Isle of Capri during construction of their two hotels, restaurant and casino. The Isle of Capri Casino was built as a land-based replacement for the river boat casino in 2016.  It was designed to fit in between the two current hotels and their convention center and restaurant. As with all casinos, the schedule was aggressive and Climate led the way in completing the project on time.

Climate Engineers has been a top 30 United Way donor company for over 20 years. We are proud to be a partner in the construction and preventative maintenance of the Human Services Campus. This building is managed by our AutoMatrix controls system.

Climate completed construction on the new Genesis seven-story tower in 2017. The Tower has three floors of patient care, one floor of 12 OR rooms, two floors of procedure and therapy rooms, and one floor for a mechanical room that houses the mechanical equipment. The Tower was drawn and coordinated using our Building Information Modeling program and allowed us to use our Trimble laser to spot hangers and concrete inserts.

Dave Wright found savings in coming to Climate Engineers for construction and design of their new Hiawatha dealership. This building is managed by our AutoMatrix controls system.
